Working with divisions in drastically different time zones will also require you to remain flexible with your schedule in order to accomodate our counterparts around the world.
- Innovation & self initiative -- you'll also help us stay more prepared for any last-minute time "squeezes" by anticipating questions in advance, finding ways to give us more time to analyze the data before it is distributed, and identifying ways in which we can improve our current processes.
- Great people skills -- you'll aspire to build solid working relationships with your immediate team, your counterparts in our operating companies, and others throughout the organization built upon high integrity, trust, open communication, and the promise to follow through on your commitments.
